Improve Time, Save Money, Increase Accuracy in:

Thermal Validation

March 31, 2010 WEBINAR
NOON - 1:30 pm Eastern Standard Time

Registration fee below is for one (1) person.  Call for group discounts to register more than one person.

This presentation explains the basic functionality of the two most common sensors used in thermal mapping applications—thermocouples and thermistors. The goal of this presentation is to give validation specialists and Quality Assurance/Control personnel the ability to increase the accuracy of their validation studies by understanding which sensor will measure most effectively within the conditions they are mapping.

Knowing the right sensor to use for a given environment can result in a significant reduction in time and costs associated with validation projects. Attendees will also learn the advantages and disadvantages of both sensors, including common sources of error, measurement dependencies, and appropriate application.

Learning Objectives:
At the completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:

  • Understand basic principles of temperature measurement in cGMP environments;
  • Select the appropriate sensor for the validation study they are performing or environment they are mapping;
  • Gain a better understanding of how thermal instrumentation is calibrated;
  • Learn more cost effective alternatives to mapping moderate environmental conditions.

Who Should Attend?

·    Facilities Managers and Directors

·    Quality Assurance and Control Managers and Technicians

·    Validation/Qualification Specialists

FEE: PRICED PER PERSON
$365 for one (1) person.
