At some conferences we offer demonstrations of the latest technology in the conference field. Each vendor gives a 10-minute presentation during the last session of the conference.

After the technology demonstration session, we move to the exhibit room and cocktail party. Each vendor has and 8 foot display table to feature their products, and a 42" plasma screen to show slides or films of products.

The cocktail party features a full bar, hot and cold snacks, vegetables, fruit and more. Perfect for viewing the displays.
